THANK YOU MAYOR STEVE AND USELESS CITY COUNCIL. The problem is when the city cleans it up…the homeless MOVE BACK BEFORE THE PAVEMENT Area dries. Its a loosing battle. THANK YOU PROGRESSIVE LIBERALS. You allow this to happen by giving the homeless more rights than the OVERTAXED CITIZENS OF AUSTIN.
