  1. Looks delicious! Just a small correction – Za'atar is actually a fresh herb, which is very similar to Oregano. Sometime you can buy it dried as a spice mix with salt, sesame seeds and dried za'atar.

  3. Vegan broccoli, salad tomato basil soup cashew base, fresh pesto, fresh juice in juicer, lately been trying different stuff with wild rice, and I like roasted sweet potatoes and Cashew nacho cheese on all kinds of stuff

  4. These are all dishes I would actually make!
    My go-to meals are stir fries with whatever veggies I have (new faves are baby book choi and baby cabbage), spaghetti squash (I’m having fun experimenting with all sorts of toppings), and tofu scramble (freezing and thawing the tofu gives it a chewy, rather than flan-like texture).

  6. Love your videos! They are peaceful just like Sadia's 🙂 My go to vegan meals are overnight oats and spring mix with quinoa and lightly sautéed cherry tomatoes, mushroom and peppers in a pesto sauce.

  7. My favorite meal is lentils mashed with potato seasoned with black pepper. I like the texture. When I want something sweet I pour maple syrup over plain lentils. Question, doesn't making spicy food in the he instant pot leave it with an odor?

  8. I've just discovered your channel, and loving it. I really love porridge, for the past few years my favourite has been chestnut porridge- it's an incredible combo, the warm earthiness of the chestnut goes so well with the porridge. I usually use just a French chestnut jam, and stir it through. I have a few sweet spice combos too- my current fave is a speculaas mix. I've got some lovely red pears at the moment so planning on chestnut pear porridge for breakfast. Each week I make a big pot of something- soup, pasta sauce, curry.

  10. I make vegan taco/taco salad every week, i think 60% of what I eat in a month is taco..:) Its just so good and healthy, and we always have the vegetables for taco stocked up. All I need is to chop up the desired veggies, heat the beans in a saucepan with the spices, toss everything together add som vegan sour cream an slasa and thats it. Takes no more than 10 minutes <3 Other dishes I make often are chana masala with cauliflower and potatoes, wok/stir fry/curry, mexican chillies and a kind of soup/stew with sweet potato, lots of leeks and garlic and white beans 🙂 I just found your channel, and already I loove it!

  12. In the colder months we make vegain chili almost every week and we also have a big container of vegan homemade granola that my mom makes whenever we run out and we eat that with nut milk or almond yogurt.

  13. Has to be oats,everyday…and a variety of plant based meals,usually based around sweet potatoes, chickpeas or lentils…endless possibilities..can't believe I used to think i could never go plant based as there was nothing to eat…I have learned otherwise x

  14. Yes! I recently bought a pressure cooker, such good timing, excited for your book! Will there be an ebook option? 🤞🏼🤞🏼 my vegan meals are usually stir fries, burrito bowls and salads miss mash bowls with dressings or hummus…oh and potato fries! 😋

  15. I love your sweet potatoe chickpeas with fermented red cabbage. What I mostly eat on my vegan diet? At breakfast only fresh fruits. At lunch a cooked soup and a salad and for dinner mostly nothing because I get too fat…:) What do you think about a raw vegan diet?
