I am very happy for you to go back in shape. I was entertained by your videos but at the same time sad how you slowly physically dying. So i am looking forward to see your transformation but at the same time little bit sad again that we dont see your win number 1000 this year. 🙂
I wouldn't be surprised if Randy is considering TRT/HRT. Over eating with super amounts of fat laden foods depletes natural testosterone production and creates high amounts of estrogen in unhealthy males.
I don't care for Joel H. But he is fit and obviously training to counter the large amounts of fat laden food challenges he consumes. Perhaps, you need to consult with him and follow his program.
As for a "real" certified trainer follow Jeff Cavaliere, an educated physical therapist and former strength coach for the NY Mets. Follow him because you have a lot to learn.
Lastly, you taught us through your videos to over eat and over indulge. Putting us at risk for coronary heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and other food related ailments. In fact, through your videos you can be held responsible for some of your viewers than cannot control themselves. Also, your squat and pull up form is way off. You have a long road ahead of you.
