I am interested in learning more about CBD, CBG, etc. Are there other benefits besides just helping g with sleep and anxiety? Kanabia's website didn't say much.

Taja … well, one thing I know is that if John recommends it, it is going to be the most expensive. Yepperooni, on their website they sell this fancy coconut water for $4.50 per 10oz bottle … or about twice what Harmless Harvest sells their 10oz bottle for. I didn't realize they made vegan snake oil.
There’s a coconut water in my area sold by a company named Waterhill, distributed out of Massachusetts. They claim they’re cold pressed and never pasteurized. It is always sweet, cold pressed from coconuts from Thailand. The product is delicious. Compared to fresh coconut water from the coconut itself, it’s a bit sweeter but it’s incredibly tasty. The Waterhill coconut water does have a much shorter shelf life. It will spoil if it’s not refrigerated. Adding on, the potassium per serving is 540 mg per 8 ounces in a 16 ounce bottle.
