How about decriminalization? There is no victim here. She wants approval after killing state unions….she may want to consider the fact that very few of us consider being a stoner, as a threat. In fact, we are beginning to see these people as victims of profit based policies.
If she wants my vote, than full decriminalization. Medical licences and other sources of more taxes, will not do.
as far as i understand it the more corrupt and greedy the government the less successful will be the program…can you say capitalism…ask ron paul …he will tell you how things should work and why you are having problems…so sad you guys are can't keep up with the imaginary crime wave you have manifested about the people coming across the border…lol…you guys are so funny…cost you a bundle keeping tomatoes out of the garden…don't you know people like salad… if you really cared about your patients you wouldn't be in this bind…that is the truth of it…lack of caring …greed and corruption….tone those down and you will be alright..free the border and you will not have the expense…so you won't need to sue…really easy…are you guys kinda dumb? Ha Ha Ha….try to figure out what you will be doing in 10 years and then do that…and you will start to fly right…
This is seriously one of the best thing I have ever seen a big news station do, I am personally a medical patient here in Iowa and am seriously considering moving to Illinois because of them legalizing it. If they expanded our program to one of the similar states that allowed home grows, Iowa would flourish. I have no idea why our governor Vetoed the expansion to the current medical program. When she ran for governor she said she would sign any bills that got to her desk because she people clearly thought it was what was best, yet when it actually happened, she vetoed it and said it was on a personal decision because of the fact that she's an alcoholic with two DUI's. As a Public Servant, she shouldn't be using her personal opinion when the bill passed both that house and senate with bi-partisan support.

Legalize marijuana in iowa all together, soon Iowa will literally be surrounded by legal states. We need to pull our heads out the dirt.
"Reynolds should rethink medical marijuana"
Iowans should rethink Reynolds.

It's practically impossible to get a prescription here in Iowa, most doctors won't even have the conversation
Iowa definitely is depriving good people of safe medicine
