Fellas! I've had achilles tendonitis for about 3 months. I've just started this massage and I can already feel some relief, literally within minutes! Oh my lord, I am so grateful. I love to run and have not been able to run, less a few times, in the past couple months. I will be doing this massage religiously. Thanks guys!
Bro, these people are so cool that they motivated me to want to become old!!!!! LOL!!! Can u imagine? They motivated me to want to age! That's how amazing they are… That's unheard of.
Wow before I saw this video I was massaging where it hurts more above and below the area you told me to go for.. but that hollow spot did the trick immediately! Thank you so much
I did this stretching for about 2-3 mins a day, 4-5 days a week, for 3 months, now I rarely get the extreme pain, still working on it đ thanks bob and brad!
Does tendonitis make your ankles and feet burn, also in my calfs, mine started a day after a long walk up and down hills about 3 months ago and has gradually got worse, in the morning is the worst when i first get up, my ankles are absolutely throbbing
đthe spot problem little bit lower mr Bob & Brad..but very painful đ 45 painful regular muscles treatments gave me understanding about treatments, massages, muscles functions … ..Fibrosis is the formation of excess fibrous connective tissue in an organ or tissue in a reparative or reactive process. This can be a reactive, benign, or pathological state. In response to injury, this is called scarring, and if fibrosis arises from a single cell line, this is called a fibroma. Physiologically, fibrosis acts to deposit connective tissue, which can interfere with or totally inhibit the normal architecture and function of the underlying organ or tissue. For one thing, while many people do calf stretches and exercises they donât think much about developing the front of the shin, tibialis anterior. Which is where walking comes in. The tibialis anterior is a key muscle in walking and a person that walks well probably need not think about working this muscle because proper gait patterns keep tibialis anterior toned and supple. But this blog exists to tell you that you donât walk correctly. People that stand and walk well create a natural balance between the calf and the front of the shin that allows the achilles tendon to live a fairly uncomplicated life. Instead one of two misalignments is likely to be happening: A hyperextended knee which angles the achilles tendon chronically backwards. Tights hips which pull the knee and shins sideways when walking force the achilles sideways as well. Either of these two factorsâhyperextension and tight hipsâcan lead to a chronically stressed and short achilles tendon that might well break down in an acute situation when you need a burst of speed.  Walking, standing and running require the feet to land under the knees, which allows the achilles tendon to work smoothly.
I dont understand why you would recommend an electric massager when the evidence for "fixing" or curing achilles tendonitis is actually strength work. its well established and published in the literature that improving your tendons capacity is through exercise which in turn reduces pain improves function..

Instant relief. I can't believe it! Thanks!
What about the part of the tendon where it attaches right on the heel bone. Jesus its killin me right on the heel bone not on the actual tendon.

I just had a bunion surgery and walking on my boot brought back my archichilis tendinitis and I donât know what to do .
Get to the point bob
What about chronic insertional in both feet
How to fix them? How bout strengthening your calves and tendons via heavy strength work?
I stopped running because of Achilles tendonitis and put on 12 kg. I will give this a go. Thank you!
Doug and Bob McKenzie…if they were physical therapists.
My physio said mine has been over stretched. ??
I don't have the money to get some of the things mentioned in this video. What can I use instead of an incline board, or a foam roller?
DO NOT do the inversion stretch if you have insertional achilles tendinosis!
I just want to walk again đ

As a runner….thnx
