When I go on a vegan diet, I'm eventually always hungry. Even after I eat potatoes or vegetables that are very filling. How do you go about staying satisfied as a vegan? I'm allergic to Tofu so that's a bummer but besides that I always feel as if I'm not meeting my needs after I go a couple of days on veggies and fruits only.
Dandelion powder will rid your house of fleas. One application works at least a year. Sprinkle liberally on carpet and yard. Leave on carpet as long as possible before vacuuming.
I have to take 4 capsules at a time 2x a day to get benefit as a diuretic for water retention in my feet. I also take milk thistle extract daily to keep my liver clean.

Thanks for reminding us to sit in meditation. Bless you! By the way I love roasting dandelion root at 220 Fahrenheit in the oven for about 45 mins, it comes out as such a tasty crunchy healthy snack , also made into a coffee too
Hi Dr. Haider I really appreciate the hard work you put in trying to find out all this information for us! I know you mentioned taking dandelion root, milk thistle and Burdock root once a week? or can I take dandelion on the daily since I have health issues with macular degeneration, blood pressure and cholesterol? All the health issues are in my family with my mothers side it starts in their late 30's. Please let me know if I can take dandelion root capsules daily? Thank you
