yeah okay, i'm glad this is on youtube at all, sure, but a) each view is worth PENNIES on food network, per commercial view. b) how can I be sure of how much of my money even goes to alton brown OR his staff in the first place – maybe if I could pay them directly for a license key of some kind that would make two bucks worth my while c) I already pay for youtube premium and I'm not super interested in giving youtube even more of my money and AGAIN, I reiterate, I don't even know how much OF this two bucks would even go to the show staff and/or the people who funded the project in the first place
we'll see if it ever becomes something a membership service I already pay for will pick up.
if you want all the savory flavor of fish sauce but none of the funk, you can cook the fish sauce into the broth instead of adding it after
