the body is more complex than calorie in and out. it is not ruled by simple physics or thermodynamic rules. Hormones are the things that trigger fat loss or storage. stop counting calories . reduce insulin by eating less often an d less eating sugar and carbs (bad carbs) . insulin is the storage hormone . it is triggered each time you eat. it goes sky high with sugar and carbs (bad carbs). so to loose weight, you have to reverse insulin resistance because all the obese people are insulino resistant even with a good sugar level. it is just a pre-diabetic state because of the bad food over the years. rice is good is you are healthy if yu reach the point of obesity and insulin resistance then it should be dropped! for years i believed all wrong also and got sick like a lot of people . you are on the right track with low carb diets
This is informative I intend to be vegetarian. However I'm intending keto on feast days. I can't tolerate pork so my particular body isn't right for a bacon based diet. Meat ain't necessary necessary for me all the time. Not doing soy.

I stop eating at 6pm then eat again at 11am and I have 3 eggs butter spinach a table spoon of cream cheese salt pepper then I have a coffee with cream and mct oil at 4pm then my last meal at 5.30 and drink plenty of water …I sleep better and I've lost 2 stones I'm a happy bunny ….great video
I love eggs. I heat up mix veggies "peas and carrots " not to much with butter and then i throw 10 eggs and mix them. I eat it all then i fast 3 days……….. oh ya. My wife says i am Brutal on eggs LOL.
Good show, but my perspective is you can eat as many vegetables as you want. Or you can pretty much eat as much meat as you want. I donβt worry about that. Avoiding carbs is hard enough
