Should America follow Canada's lead on legalizing marijuana?
Nine U.S. states currently allow recreational pot. FOX News Channel (FNC) is a 24-hour all-encompassing news service dedicated to delivering breaking news …
You know that's the fakest conservative I ever seen on fox, a real conservative answer would be make it legalized and Hardly regulate it, female all the money that big tobacco and small businesses can make off of it
Colorado is always the standard they use Legalization is such a new concept , it will take years to become the norm Not 5 years , of course people are bingeing in legal states , we've had to hide in the shadows and do sketchy back alley deals all our lives I'm not even a smoker anymore But any fool can see marijuana laws are dated and ridiculous
If you make weed legal it hurts the governments they pocket less money violence would go down plus less prisoners so they won't be able to expolt it to there benefit
They donβt have an incarceration industry to protect. Private sector lobbyists have a voice that the incarcerated lack. It took Americans killing each other to end a profitable slave industry.
Being anti-pot is a knee-jerk artifact of pissed-off old people who resented Hippies. As the older generation dies-off the politics of this special pandering will go with it. There's nothing "conservative" about this heavy-handed anti-pot crap.
all extreme conservatives and liberals are the ones most against it and the ones who most need it…. the rest of us moderates know how to handle it all in moderation…. alcohol is the devil… it's too dangerous and mood changing (usually for the worse) and what it does to your body…..
This guy on the left doesnt know what he is talking about. Why does CO have a homelessness problem? Because people are literally flocking to colorado so they can have access to this and not have the risk of getting arrested for it. Its raised the already high housing costs, especially in the cities. People willing to be homeless in exchange to having access to a non addictive, nearly harmless drug really speaks volumes about cannabis' benefits. Its on the complete opposite end of the spectrum than homeless people that are homeless due to alcoholism/drug addiction Literally every negative thing he had to say about it could be fixed by legalizing recreational cannabis on a federal level. Want the black market to stop trafficking out of legal states? Put them out of business by legalizing it. Dont want fentanyl laced cannabis? Legalize it. Want the homelessness influx to stop in legal states? Legalize it and they'll go home. Teens are going to use drugs regardless. Impaired driving is "up" because law enforcement cant test if somebody is actively under the influence, all they can do is see if it is in your system, and it stays in a users system for a month, and no, that doesnt mean the high lasts for a month. Emergency room admissions….? Yeah, there's an opiod epidemic… Does this guy not realize that one of medicinal cannabis' largest selling points is it can be a non addictive replacement for opiates? I have a close friend who is a chronic pain patient that is addicted to his medication. We arent a medicinal state, so if he tests positive for marijuana during doctor visits, his medication gets taken away. He'd much rather go to rehab, but thats impossible without something else to take the pain away. He says out of all of the RX drugs he has taken for pain over the last decade, cannabis was the only other thing other than opiates that gives him any relief.
Look at the comments section. No wonder why we have such a low approval rating for our government. If things made actual SENSE, it would all be legalized by now.
Well some guy used marijuana on my job and because of some liberal law he is three fingers short ,he lost his fingers on the wood saw he was using at my job I dont think it's a good idea and to many people here in new York using that garbage in front of children I think it's a dam shame, a drug is a drug
Drug dealers don't ID stupid fucks I can get weed easier than I can get beer lol and I'm 16 so ur dumb as hell if u think marijuana being legal wouldn't help teen abuse
I challenge anyone to respond to this comment with a valid argument as to why cannabis should be illegal. Its unbelievable to me that in 2019 we still have people ignorant enough to criminalize the best plant weβve ever discovered.
I think you got too many idiots trying to prevent the legalization of medical marijuana and marijuana. Due to the fact it will cost a lot of companies a large amount of money by legalizing marijuana for recreational purposes and deep federalizing as well as decriminalizing it will create a competitive market completely separate of everything that is currently standing buildings tools medicine clothing it will increase profits for this country anywhere between 80 to 120% it will create a lot more jobs effectively decreasing homelessness a massive percentage Nationwide the problems that are occurring when it comes down to medical marijuana and recreational marijuana isn't the fact that it's a failure is because those who are responsible for enacting certain rules and regulations refuse to because they wish it to fail by it failing they make a profit in the stocks they already have it increases the stocks that they currently where is the legalization of it will decrease their stocks while simultaneously building our country up they want to stay the richest that's all it comes down to we can do even better if we amend the Fifth Amendment and get rid of slavery 100% and not just 95% that will close the gap from 80% to 120% profit the effectiveness of marijuana can be linked to not only from American history but history from the world the Great Wall of China was built with Kings and Architects being high as a f**** kite with a lot of the world's great achievements marijuana was there whether they want to admit it or not just do the research medical purposes for marijuana have been being used more than 4,000 years Kings from around the world have used it for recreational purposes for more than 4000 years educate yourself don't just listen to a bunch of morons they only look out for their own pockets
Anything that distracts a heroin addict from heroin seems like a positive…it could be a new girlfriend….a new job….or perhaps a recently legalized plant….if it stops people dying do it…..jesus christ how foolish …..keep thinking about this one ….you think tank toliet bowls.
Here in Oregon any minors that get caught are usually let go and giving a warning about doing in public places. The'll smash pipes, bongs, and confiscated the weed for the own use. Unfortunately it will become legal federally when most states legalize it.
0 people have died from weed. People die every day from alcohol and tobacco. Big pharma wants people to stay addicted to prescription meds. Weed isnβt addictive, doesnβt effect your motor skills like alcohol. I mean really there is not one decent reason it isnβt legal. People who smoke weed are going to do it regardless. You might as well have it regulated and contributing to the economy
You know that's the fakest conservative I ever seen on fox, a real conservative answer would be make it legalized and Hardly regulate it, female all the money that big tobacco and small businesses can make off of it
π¨π¦π€ cheers best growing season
YEEESSSSS! Come on
So sick of illegality tired of waiting. Make it happen America
Joe you are a idiot
Does this f**ker even know what a drug means,
DRUG stands for synthetic chemical, and marijuana is a herb, natural
The only people I know that don't want it legalized are older and believe you run on less than 5 braincells on it. Hence, only the ignorant
What is this Reefer Madness
I think the conversation was too short. That is what i think….
Incarcerating someone who isn't harming themselves or others should itself be a crime.
Colorado is always the standard they use
Legalization is such a new concept , it will take years to become the norm
Not 5 years , of course people are bingeing in legal states , we've had to hide in the shadows and do sketchy back alley deals all our lives
I'm not even a smoker anymore
But any fool can see marijuana laws are dated and ridiculous
America needs to do the same like its neighbor. Full Legalization.
If you make weed legal it hurts the governments they pocket less money violence would go down plus less prisoners so they won't be able to expolt it to there benefit

Itβs amazing how people can lie and they are not asked to provide evidence. My opinion is he is an idiot. Dont have evidence but heβs an idiot
I canβt wait till the boomers get out of politics so it can be legalized
βItβs not a war on drugs,itβs a war on personal freedom β RIP Bill Hicks.

Well at least we drive around with our licenses on us. Every week on LIVE PD "Do you have your license? Um no"
only stoners are pro recreational weed
Emergency room? For weed?
Why pot is still a schedule 1 drug I will never understand. It should be legalized but controlled and taxed like any other commodity.
I challenge anyone to respond to this comment with a valid argument as to why cannabis should be illegal. Its unbelievable to me that in 2019 we still have people ignorant enough to criminalize the best plant weβve ever discovered.
Yes make it legal make it recreational and don't you dare over tax us for it

Pot should have been regulated like an herb.
Anything that distracts a heroin addict from heroin seems like a positive…it could be a new girlfriend….a new job….or perhaps a recently legalized plant….if it stops people dying do it…..jesus christ how foolish …..keep thinking about this one ….you think tank toliet bowls.
