Here are the pros and cons behind South Carolina's medical marijuana debate
The Compassionate Care Act would legalize medical marijuana and allow doctors to authorize marijuana to patients who meet specific requirements. Video by …
Let's keep taking out legal meth (adderall), our legal heroin (painpills) and top am with some xanax. Because it regulated by the FDA and it's medicine. Marijuana is not a medicine. Does this guy believe himself. Marijuana would be age restricted just like alcohol is if legalized… So the kids obtaining it easier is a null argument. But he would argue it's different.
Mark Keel what a lier, plain and simple this guy has no clue what he's talking about. If you look up SLED its probably a non profit that is funded by the pharmaceutical companies to discourage medical cannabis ,because it has really hurt their profits.
Ands as far as not being a medicine , that is probably one of the stupidest things I've ever heard anyone say. Cannabis has been a medicine for thousands of years, way before the corrupted FDA came along and started giving us Heroin and calling that Medicine. What an idiot from SC.
There are only two kinds of people that oppose the legalization of cannabis the ones that are ignorant on the subject and the ones that make money off of it being illegal.
To refute; Point 1:Most high school age kids find it easier to obtain marijuana than alcohol. Point 2: Statistics on impaired driving while under the influence of marijuana isn't currently tracked, so claiming an increase in that is BS – there isn't data for it yet (though it should be tracked). These cons listed are not cons.
Can we just get the 100 year old quacks out of politics. All they do is get richer and richer while doing absolutely nothing for the country

still proves nothing. weed should be legal
The enforcers ( the DEA) refuse to allow research in to the benefits of cannabis, preventing any chance of FDA approval. Mr. Keel should know better.
We need better language in this bill. Take out the extortion payments to SLED and the 46 county sheriff's offices.
🗿Marijuana causes hallucinations

The FDA is run by Jews profiting off the opiate crisis.
This guy is probably a chain smoker and a heavy drinker with a medicine cabinet full of pills,
but he doesn't want you to have that evil marijuana.
