On November 6, voters will determine if recreational marijuana is legalized. If the measure passes, here’s what recreational marijuana use will look like in …
Good video but some facts are wrong and leading people into getting in trouble. Actually since michigan doesn't have regulations at the moment to buy the plant lol you can only have it on hand but not sell. Now you forgot one main fact that the law left a grey area where you cant buy weed yet but doesnt say a friend cant give it to you as a gift its just like washington dc. So basically lets say i have a lighter and want 250 and as a gift im giving 1.5 oz of 🌳 then your working within the laws of michigan but to just sell the weed straight like that you cant only gifting at this point. If you dont believe me go on mibrige or brigemi .com for the info and rules with michigans laws it passed. We all need to start think how to work around the laws now and the gray area the state passed it honestly makes it easier. Throw a 🌳 emoji with other things you selling and say its a gift under the new michigan weed laws passed recently and i can promise you you'll not get in trouble because thats how michigan passed its weed laws.
Since we voted to legalize weed, my question is what exactly is legal about smoking, besides growing a certain amount of it at home and having some in you're possession.. You can't smoke it out in public, you can't be under the influence (which I agree 100%), you can only smoke in your private property…. What I got from this is, it's another tool for police officers to use drug testing when they pull you over, remember it's their word against your word.. If they say you look high, that's their probable cause for it to be legal to do what they want in that aspect to ticket you or harass you.. For a person like myself I don't smoke at all but I work long hours and if my eyes are red they can say I am high and conduct all these tests on me if I allow it.. So in reality it's still illegal to smoke out in public so can anyone explain to me what's legal about this besides the things I listed??
So you can have up to 10 oz in your home for personal use. But you can also have 10 plants to? That doesn't make any sense, 1 plant can produce 2 to 4 oz of weed or more depending on size. So 10 plants would be like pounds. So that would be more than 10 oz in your home at any given time with 10 plants.
So fuckin proud of my state, people can expunge old marijuana convictions off their record and also those in jail or prison can have case overturned and released!
lmfao, you can have 12 plants, but not more than 10 oz at home….hmmmm considering plants can grow up to a pound each there is going to be some people in trouble i guess…
Vote YES it’s good for my stocks and for anyone who’s been screwed by marijuana laws. Also because kids with seizures can dramatically lower their risk of seizures with CBD oil which is still illegal in Michigan. So vote no if u want the kids to die… cause I already know a family that had to move to Colorado to help their kid good parents I was sad to see them leave. There’s just so many benefits and so few cons like this is an obvious choice. Don’t believe everything you hear just because government has said something is bad doesn’t mean it’s true. Next thing ur gonna believe from the govt is sex causes cancer😟 yeah no… please don’t be dumb people think for yourselves.

So 10oz at home plus the 2.5 oz that is on me personally? Or if I’m home the total amount of marijuana that can be in my pocket or in my closet or both can’t be over 10oz?
I'm disabled & on disability (I worked and payed into the system for over 20yrs) I have 7 herniated disc's. and as pain clinics the ones worth anything are closing down. Yes I'm dependent on good ol opioids they work if you take them as your sapost to, 12 years on them and I'm still not dead nor do I have any interest in trying heron and I don't drink. Any way I had a stent between pain clinics where i got a mmj card. I found that pot did more to my head than body meaning I'll get like 3hr tops body pain relief and be screwed up in the head for 6 more hours which made me so pissed? Then I'm told you just need to find the right strain for you. I have zero extra money to to spend to try & find the right one. But I'm voting yes for my own selfish reasons cuz I'm gonna be forced into it anyway and chronic pain patients don't get a voice. & that way I won't have to renew every year or two. A side note I'd probably get into eatables cuz I find the stench repulsive.

Michigan just signed a bill making it illegal to grow at home

It will be cheaper if you have a medical card thats the case in all recreational states.
No wonder the "war on drugs" lasted so long if the Govt. cant figure out how to sell "drugs" after pushing cigarettes and alcohol for decades…..
So more or less, it’s still not legal? Lol

They need to legalize it in Texas
im from indiana close to Michigan and i cant wait for it to be legalize so i dont have the bullshit of weed dealers on the streets
The popularity of weed grows by the day
