I tried to SMUGGLE a bottle of water onto a DELTA FLIGHT and TSA stole it…It came from the week before from DELTA…the bottle said DELTA…NO PERP WALK…BUT THE PLANE WAS SAFER WITHOUT THAT WATER ON THE PLANE
Yea its still a federal crime folks. The feds can even arrest you in your state if they want. Federal law trumps state law. So be prepared at any time the feds can reverse all these laws
It's not the despenarys problem, especially if they don't know if he's going to fly with it or not. It's all about personal responsibility. You should always do your own research and never depend on someone else's word.
Even if the dispensary doesn't tell ppl these ppl are grown adults they need to make sure they can fly with it and if u don't know don't put ur freedom in jeopardy
