There is no such thing as unique end market products in the cannabis space, everyone can compete with CBD infused lotions, Proctor and Gamble or Johnson and Johnson will mass produce whatever products that end up in favor come national legalization and squeeze the margin down to zero over the first 5 years. There's not much real investment opportunity financially, but investing your time in understanding the service industry side of cannabis, for example contract laborers, compliance skillsets, skilled horticulturalists and project managers.. will all eventually contract their services out to the free market, the farm owner will have very low overhead and low employee count and everything will be automated for the prime quality grows. And everyone that doesnt want to buy those products will grow their own. Weed will be as cheap as people would like for it to be, nothing the market can really do to corner it.
