If they push to legalize. They should strip all tobacco products and all tobacco products should be made illegal. That includes cigar wraps made with tobacco. Cigar wraps should be made with hemp. No more damage. No more. Tired of watching people with cancer die. For the cigarettes smokers should have reggies sold for regular cigarettes prices and highgrades with higher thc sold and taxed as planned so if smokers want to smoke, it wouldn't be as deadly.
I think we are ready to cut the medical riff raff in Oregon and legalize two pounds to everyone even purchased from a shop AT ONCE. I cannot even find anywhere to put accidental excess legally either still.WORKING HARD though.

Cuomo is a total hypocrite. The only reason he is advocating for legalization is for money he can put into his patronage coffers. If it is legalized the money belongs to the taxpayers of this state. There is absolutely no mention of taxes being lowered for property owners. What about using the money to pay down debt? No mention of that. I believe the reason he has moved on from this for now is because he has been called out on it.
